1971 Submariner-Date 1680/0 Red : 1680/0
Just arrived, this beautiful Rolex Submariner-Date, model reference 1680/0. The earliest examples of the ‘Sub-Date’ had ‘Submariner’ printed in red. This 1971, 3.3m serial watch has a pristine ‘SWISS-T<25' dial', correctly marked with a depth rating of '660ft-200m'. This watch was serviced at Rolex UK in 2005 (see images). It is in excellent order and is presented on a super 9315 folded link Oyster bracelet. If you were born in 1971 and you are considering marking the occasion, what better way could you do it?
