Museum 1938 Pilot’s watch 57005007 : 5700.50.07

A very unusual Omega Pilot’s watch from the Museum Collection, model reference 5700.50.07. A 40.2mm diameter steel cased automatic chronometer, black Arabic dial with inset seconds at 6 o’clock. The presentation case is leather and aluminium with anti-reflective glass. Also present is the Omega chronometer warranty confirming model/serial numbers and the limited series certificate confirming the watch number among the 4938 examples produced. We also have the special leather calfskin strap alongthe watch to be worn around the leg (with chamois storage pouch).
